About us: After taking a month off from raiding to re-prioritize our approach to it, and since resuming raiding the week before the release of Lich King, we have progressed rather well. Coming back from a month break with several new members in basically badge gear, we steadily improved ourselves, going from US 40,000th (or so) to Server First Lich king and US 680; quite an impressive feat for a guild with such a huge disadvantage. We have cultivated an easy going and joking atmosphere that isn't for everyone, so if you are someone who has issues with language, or are easily offended in general, then do not apply. We use a simple eqdkp that rewards progression and attendance. We also have incentives (such as free flasks, repairs) to encourage high attendance and a high level of raid performance.
