Talent Distribution for raids. With dual spec implemented what is your main spec and dual spec and why?

Before I go any further with my app, I saw that it didn't say you were recruiting holy pallys. I wouldn't have applied except I was encouraged to anyway by a member of the guild, Xecution.

Even though they nerfed divine sacrifice, I still find it useful in 10 mans, and the buff to sacred shield is nice also.

What are your primary professions? Mention secondary ones only if you they are maxed out (i.e. 450).

My two professions are mining and blacksmithing, both 450. Mining is my main source of income, followed by dailies. I spend an average of an hour a day farming for ores; this helps cover the expenses of raiding. Blacksmithing was more of a second thought for me. The primary benefit I get from it is the two sockets, which of course, are very handy. In terms of profit, I don't really make that much off of it. The real reason I leveled it is twofold. The first is if I ever ended up getting a recipe, I would be able to learn and use it. The second reason I leveled it was in case a guild I would be in would ever have to need a blacksmith, I would be there. |

Current Guild/former guilds, reasons for leaving.

My current guild is Journeys End. I'm sure some of you have reservations after seeing that. If you haven't heard, Journeys End has completely reformed under new leadership. When the current guild master, Fragfest, took over, there was only three old members left, all of which hadn't logged on for at least a month. So, the stigmata of fail that was once associated with it is no longer justified. That being said, I'm going to reinstate that stigmata. I love the people in the guild, some of them are funny as hell, but to be honest the progression of the guild has dropped and is getting worse. We have people leaving every few days, not just random dudes no one knows about, but serious key raiders. We haven't even attempted ToGC25, and don't even get me started about ICC. It's almost funny how sad it can be to raid some nights. Its like the only problem we don't have is the tanks dieing, and thats in no small part due to myself, made all the worse due to the fact that all our other pally healer does is sit on his fat ass casting flash of light every ten seconds then bitching about his internet and in the end takes all the loot. On top of that, our raid leader had to tell the melee dps about ten times that they DON'T have to be close enough to fuck marrowgar in the ass to dps him, and on top of that, the ranged refuse to switch to the bone spikes. It is precisely this type of shenanigans that I want to avoid in a raid, which is what has made me start to look for other guilds. Before that I was in One of Us. Drama caused a majority of the raiders in that guild to split off into Journeys End. Going back even further I was in a guild called Resurrection. We were decent at best, but we never manage to down even any watcher because the guild fell apart. It went something like, our main tank and two officers joined agents, a bunch of other people in the guild rerolled horde, and then everyone just left. Further than that is just a hazy blur, being about ~10ish months ago |

Are you applying for a Raider or casual rank? Casuals are friends of the guild and normally do not raid with us on a regular basis, casuals should know at least 2 people currently in the guild to be accepted.

Naxx10 full clear before 3.1/ 13/14 naxx25
Up to the watchers in 25 uld, two watchers down in 10 uld and experience with a few of the hard modes in there
Going onto toc, full clear of both 10/25 reg modes, and up to anub in 10 hard mode
Full clear of available bosses in ICC10 and first boss down in ICC25
If my seeming lack of experience causes you to think that it implies a current lack of skill, don't. I assure that I bring every ounce of skill that is required to each raid, and then some. I only ask that you don't immediately discredit me because I don't have a long winded list going back the the days of molten core. |

How many days do we raid a week?

Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Varies by raid week.
Sunday will rarely be used to finish up content that is still up from the raid week. This may include extra attempts in ToGC, Algalon attempts, etc. Sunday raids will be announced prior."

What do you expect from the guild? What do you have to offer? Do you have a WWS, World of Logs or a similar site that we can see? (especially helpful for server transfers)

What do I expect from this guild? I'll keep it short and sweet. A challenging, progressive raid environment; a guild that expects the best out of its players. In return, I offer to keep up to date with the newest and best specs, gemming, and enchants for my class, to research my class diligently. I also guarantee to always be on time for a raid, and to notify as far in advance as possible if I'm not able to attend. I also promise to bring my own diligence and skill to every single raid encounter and fulfill my roll as a healer to the highest degree possible.
I only started taking world of logs data very recently because a friend of mine told me it would be very useful to have when applying to high end guilds. So, I'm sorry if it appears messy or disorganized. I was hoping to post some 25 man data, but it hasn't been feasible due to the holidays.

How do you react to being sat out for a fight?

Indifferent. If certain classes are needed for a raid, and I'm not one of them, or if I'm put out because of rank, understandable. I don't mind. |
