I expect a guild to provide an organized opportunity for success. The opportunity once given is then solely the responsibility of the player.
As a current GM and experienced raid leader I offer all that I have. Including but not limited to maturity, raid experience, preparedness, strategies, ability to take direction, willingness to offer opinions when asked, etc. Oh yeah and 8K DPS... :) |
