Current Guild/former guilds, reasons for leaving.

I stopped playing for a while after WotLK came out, picked up the game leveling to 76 in a couple days and found out all content had be cleared, i was rather annoyed they had made wow that easy. I started playing again in sept, joined a casual 25 man guild can cleared through toc25 with them. They were far too casual (spending raid nights trying to 17 man ulduar content they never cleared). My current guild is a group 10ish people i've raided with in my time in wow, they are dropping off left and right due to real life issues such we're lucky to get in 1 or 2 nights of raiding a week. |

Are you applying for a Raider or casual rank? Casuals are friends of the guild and normally do not raid with us on a regular basis, casuals should know at least 2 people currently in the guild to be accepted.

about half way through BT in TBC.
I missed naxx/ulduar when it was current but have gone back an done them on some toons.
5/5 in ToC 10/25 since i came back, 3/5 in ToGC10
9/12 in ICC10, 4/12 in 25
I raid lead now and keep very up to date on fight mechanics so i have a very strong knowledge of the fights i have not yet done. |

What do you expect from the guild? What do you have to offer? Do you have a WWS, World of Logs or a similar site that we can see? (especially helpful for server transfers)

I expect a good group of people who are very knowledgeable about both their class and fight mechanics. I expect people who are not performing to disappear.
I offer great knowledge of my class and most others. I keep very up to date on current class theory and raid mechanics. When it doudt i'll collect data and write up a matlab sim to answer gear / spec / skill use questions. |

Summary of your background and interests.

I'm a self employed computer engineer i do mostly contract/consulting work that ranges from embedded (circuit design, PCB layout, firmware) to basic software apps (simulation and modeling tools, the occasional website). This gives me the ability to set my own schedule which is nice for wow time. Outside that i like to snowboard, play golf, mountain hiking and that sort of stuff. Basically i'm either at my computer or outside. |

If you needed to turn your character around how would you do so? (Describe the buttons or mouse actions you would use)

Assuming i knew i needed to turn i would preemptively point my camera were i needed to go and hold my left/right mouse buttons to move that direction. |

Carried expects its raiders to have all of their gear enchanted/gemmed with superior quality or better gems within 1 raid week of acquiring an item. How would you pay for this and the cost of raiding?

i have 4 80's with various professions i run daily heroics and work over the auction house. I usually carry the required mats for an upgrade with me when raiding so i can use it immediately. |
